1: Make sure you’re wearing layers. It’ll keep you warm and also add a seasonal look to your outfit!

3: To keep your bed warm, place a hot water bottle in your bed in order to keep it warm before you get in it. This will make sure you’re in bed is warm all night too

5: Scary fact: Consuming a large amount of sugar has been shown to lower the immune system for almost five hours, so cut that sugar! Stay Healthy!

6: It’s a really good idea to diffuse essential oils in your home. Especially, the ones that contain lemon, clove bud, eucalyptus, cinnamon, and rosemary. It helps keep the air clean purified and will also help your immunity.
